Tribute - Pastor David Olusegun Komolafe

Glory be to God for His healing power revealed in my husband. He was on the hospital bed for a few weeks and his condition was not improving. I connected to the Above All Christian Gathering Friday Prayer Line. He prayed along while in hospital bed and the healing began. At one point during the prayers, the Pastor through Word of Knowledge, said, “the healing power of God is upon somebody currently in the hospital now.” We both rejoiced and celebrated how God singled him out for miracle. Thank God, my husband is out of the hospital, healed and made whole now, in Jesus’ name.

Thanks be to God for the salvation of my mother. I got born-again eighteen years ago. My mother was against my conversion and she persecuted me. I’ve been praying for her salvation. I had almost given up until she called me and shared her testimony of salvation. She’s full of the Holy Spirit and enjoying the grace of salvation.

I got married to a loving man and we had a son together. Suddenly, things went sour and we separated for twelve years; with no hope of reconciliation. The Holy Spirit began to work in his heart and mine. The wall of partition between us collapsed and our eyes opened to see things in light of Gospel Truth. The Peace of God flooded our soul and reconciliation was possible. We are now back as husband and wife to the glory of God with rekindled love.

My deepest joy is the Grace of Salvation that I have in Christ Jesus and longing for my family to experience the same. In the past, both my parents had persecuted me for being a Christian but gave up on me after I got married. After many years of believing and trusting God, they are both believers in Christ Jesus now; serving the Lord with joy. I do appreciate the Grace of Salvation in my family. The same Gospel they had persecuted, they are now proclaiming, reaching out to others.

I thank God for my thirty-two year old son, whom God healed of asthma attack. He developed asthma attack at the age of twelve and it got worse as he grew up. He has suffered major sever attacks – near death, but God intervened. His healing miracles began during the Fifty-Two Days of Nehemiah Prayer and Fasting, a fasting program for ― Repairing the Ruins, organised by Above All Christian Gathering. At day nine – “Silencing Persistence Enemies”, as I was praying in my living room, the family photo album fell from the top of the furnance place. It opened to page showing the picture of a sick child with oxygen mask on his face. This wasn’t my child, neither was he anybody I know. My question was, “who put this picture in my family album?” As I pulled it out for closer look, there was another picture under it, my son’s picture playing in the park. It dawned on me that the sick person’s picture overlaid on my son’s picture was to program the spirit of infirmity on my child. At this time of discovering the picture, my son was on admission at the hospital. I called Pastor David and he explained to me that the power of prayer broke down the stronghold and that God revealed the root of the attack. The Pastor prayed further with me. Several months have passed and my son has not suffered asthma attack. Praise God for healing him.

I am thankful to God Almighty for granting me my heart’s desire, after a long wait to get married. Frankly speaking, my hope diminished after turning forty-three, but I thank God for the Holy Spirit encouraging and comforting me daily. During deliverance ministration at Above All Christian Gathering, Pastor David prophesized to me saying, “it shall come with ease and with great joy”. I did not doubt the words, but believed. Three months later, it came to pass. I am full of joy because God gave me the very best. Glory be to God for answered prayers. Praise God!

I was denied a position on my job and in my mind I saw it as my regular patten of rejection. It was painful because it was a very senior position. Somebody else was given the position. Two months passed and I gradually adjusted. Until one of the services in Above All Christian Gathering, the Pastor said, “ask from God what you feel is precious to you that once eluded you.” My job came to my mind and I requested God to bless me with a new better position. To the glory of God, while the prayer meeting was still going on, I got an email, which I checked, after the meeting. Lo and behold, it was from my office informing me of the same position in another department, if I’m interested. The next day, I signed the contract. By the grace of God, I am doing very well in my new position. Praise God!

I lost my job four years ago and I found it difficult to secure another. I have been in and out of job, no job stability. I joined the School of Prophets organized by Above All Christian Gathering. My revelatory gifts got sharpened. To the glory of God, the same company where I lost my job from four years ago, called me back and re-employed me. This time with a better offer. To God be the glory.

My husband and I bless God Almighty who showed us mercy by blessing us with a son after thirteen years of waiting. This is a miracle baby because the medical diagnosis indicated neither of us has the capacity to bringforth children. Thank God for Divine Intervention that stirred up the miracle. The Holy Spirit worked upon me and my husband and we both received grace to bear a son. Praise God!

I connected to the prayer-line from South Africa. I have been out of job for three year. It’s hard and difficult with no help. I got on the prayer-line this faithful day and the Lord made it my day. There was a Word of Knowledge – You’ve been out of job for a while, by this time next week, by the grace of God, your situation will change for good with a good job”. Truly, to the glory of God, I was called for an interview the following Tuesday and called to start work on Thursday. I joined the prayer0line the next Friday with a testimony of good job. I wish the Pastor can hear me screaming and shouting on the prayer-line. Thanks be to God for honoring His Word in my life

Thank God for the power of agreement, when my brethren prayed for my sick brother, who fell into coma and the team of physicians advised the family to prepare for his funeral within forty-eight hours. God came through for us and healed him. Three years has passed and he is well alive now to the glory of God. Praise God for His healing power.

Few years ago, I was diagnosed with an health condition when I started noticing swelling legs, hair loss, excruciating muscle pain and extreme sensitivity to the sun. The result of the medical tests shows that my immune system is attacking my healthy cells, which affected my kidneys, lungs and blood vessels. The doctor prescribed several medications with serious side effects.
I trusted God and prayed. After a few months, the doctor ordered more medical tests, contrary to expectations, my condition has turned around. There was no further need for the medications. My body organs are functioning very well to the glory of God.
I am grateful to God for special prayers I received at ABOVE ALL CHRISTIAN GATHERING. Truly, God answers prayers and He showed me mercy.

I am thankful for the life of my son. In his last year in high school, he dropped out and got into drugs. Every effort to get him back on track failed. Unusually he was never home on Sundays, but this faithful Sunday morning, I invited him to Church, thinking it would be a no, but he agreed to follow me. This was his turning point. He repented and God changed him. He is living a life that glorifies God now. Halleluyah!

I grew up in a Christian home, but as I grew up, I wandered from faith and stop attending Church. Years rolled by and I got deep in iniquity until my colleague in the office gave me a book – “Mightily Oppressed, But Mightily Delivered” by Pastor David Komolafe. Initially, I had no plan of reading it. I wanted to get rid of it but changed my mind by glancing at the pages of the book. Then, I got caught up with it and started reading through the pages. I read up to fifty pages before going to bed. I read it through my journey the next day to wok. Before getting to work that day, I repented of my sins and made commitment to serve the Lord. I’m now born-again, Holy Ghost filled. I promise the Lord not to look back again even as I trust on His grace.

It was painful to me as a father to see my son dropped out of school. He lost interest and could not be persuaded to continue. The turning point was after he attended Above All Christian Gathering Youth Camp. I was glad to see positive changes in him and my rejoicing was full when he decided to go back to school. His return to school was like a scale fell from his eyes and he is doing very well now to the glory of God.

I reside in London, England. I became sick and was admitted to a London Hospital. A friend of mine came to visit me very late at night in the hospital. He told me that he would stay overnight to connect to a prayer-line in Canada which runs from 3:00am – 4:00am, London time. The phone was on speaker as we both prayed along. Then the Word of Knowledge from the Pastor, “you’re on hospital bed, connected with this prayer-line, the hand of God is upon you to heal you, and you’re healed, now in Jesus name,” My friend and I both shouted “AMEN”. I felt the touch of God and drastic improvement began. I was discharged within the next two days. Thanks be to God for His healing grace upon me.
